Frozen Meat
Skin-on pork belly, pork shank, bone-in beef shank and oxtail, through to longganisa and tocino prepared at our own factory. The frozen meat and processed meats that Filipino dishes are made from.
Overview / このカテゴリについて
Authentic dishes start
with the right cuts.
We prepare the cuts and trims that suit Filipino cooking and the way our Filipino customers cook. Skin-on pork belly for lechon kawali; pork hock and trotters essential to crispy pata; bone-in beef shank, bulalo, which gives its name to the soup; oxtail for kare-kare. Offal sets for dinuguan and bopis, and even pig's head and ears for sisig. To finish a dish exactly as the recipe back home calls for, you need ingredients that are hard to find at an ordinary meat counter in Japan.
Sweet longganisa sausage and tocino, pork cured in a sweet-savory marinade, are the stars of silog, the breakfast with garlic rice and a fried egg. Centered on products prepared at our own factory in Japan, you can choose regular or spicy, skin-on or skinless. We also stock the red hotdogs Filipinos love.
