A brand that delivers bangus (milkfish), beloved as the Philippines' national fish, not as is but with that extra bit of care. Bangus raised in the clean waters of Pangasinan in the north is turned into a wide range of frozen and processed products: deboned fillets, marinated (daing, adobo, bistek), breaded crispy bangus, smoked, fish sausage and longganisa, and heat-and-serve relyenong bangus. It handles shrimp too, and as the Philippines' largest farmed-seafood processor exports around the world. In 2012 it became the first Philippine food company to win a Superior Taste Award from the International Taste & Quality Institute (iTQi) in Belgium. Bangus is bony and laborious to prepare; this brand lets anyone enjoy it easily, and at world-class quality. A reassuring presence.
